I took the lead on the UX for the Confluent Marketplace expansion, where I architected a tiered developer platform that seamlessly handled everything from credit management to complex financial flows. One of my proudest moments was driving the Confluent Hub 2.0 redesign all the way from a whiteboard sketch to a full 100% rollout.
I’ve also enjoyed diving into deep technical challenges, like spearheading the end-to-end design for CP Flink. It was a brand-new, highly technical initiative, and my goal was to transform those complex requirements into something that felt intuitive and easy for our users to navigate. I took a similar approach with the Discovery of Connectors redesign, where I focused on smoothing out friction points to successfully reduce user drop-off by 30%.
Beyond the pixels, I’ve learned to navigate the 'human' side of design—stepping in to clear up cross-team ambiguity and making sure everyone was aligned on the vision. Even when faced with major rework cycles or tight deadlines, I’ve found that staying agile and focusing on rapid, high-fidelity solutions is the best way to earn stakeholder trust and keep a project moving forward.
