BOQ Preparation, cost and estimation, client meet, finalisation.  Heat load calculations by manual method & latest HVAC software (HAP.)  Toilet exhaust, car parking exhaust, kitchen hood design, selection of air terminals.  Design of VRF/VRV side & top discharge ,VRF pipe sizing Refnet selection MCB selection indoor unit selection Drain piping for indoor unit  design of all type of ductable split AC water cooled & air cooled package AC.cooling tower selection & cooling tower piping etc  Reviewing the design/ HVAC Shop drawings- window AC, split AC, ducted split unit, package unit, duct sizing for toilet exhaust, car park exhaust, kitchen hood.   Ordering the required material as per specifications.  Duct Design following SMACNA & DW 142 codes.  Calculation of no. of G.I. sheets required, Guages of G.I. sheets.  Selection of AHU after static pressure calculation.  Preparation and drafting of duct drawings.  Selection of Fan coil Units, Air Handling Units, Chillers.  Chilled water pumps with pump head calculations.  Preparation of B.O.Q. by referring consultants specifications, materials take off etc. Preparation of material submittal for the consultant approval with drawings and samples.  CHILLED Water pipe sizing, pump selection, cooling tower selection. chiller selection, expansion tank selection.  Co-ordinate the Plumbing and HVAC works along with the civil trades.  Follow up the delivery of the material ensure the delivery as per the construction program.  Attend project progress meetings and co-ordination meeting with the employer as well main contractor.  Submit the Reports to the project Manager/ Operation Manager and construction manager.  Approval of the works done through consultant inspections.  Maintain the records of material and man power mobilization.  Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Projects.
