Have extensively worked on various NGS Pipelines for - DNASeq, RNASeq, Metagenomics, and WGSM (Whole genome shotgun metagenomics) sequencing using various Linux and command line tools as a Data analyst (Bioinformatics) in the next-generation sequencing analysis lab of DNA Xperts Pvt ltd (Noida). Further, worked as a Project Trainee responsibly conducting Drug discovery and Molecular docking workshops for Biodiscovery Group India.
