• Spearheaded design initiatives to evolve how GoFood recommends food throughout the consumer platform. Collaborated with cross-functional teams across Indonesia and India to conduct workshops, co-define A/B tests, and to plan and execute design roadmap.
• Reimagining Food Recommendation:
Worked on re-defining food taxonomy of GoFood, which helped in shaping experiences that provided personalised recommendations, by factoring in user preferences, popular food, and time of the day. Defined guidelines and created a food asset library of 450+ dishes.
• Improved discovery of Healthy Food:
Worked on redefining how the system recognises healthy food and outlets. Created experiences that offered thematic healthy food recommendations. Introduced the capability to convey macro-nutrient and dietary information for dishes offered by the restaurants.

• Conducted user research involving a mix of focus areas such as, experiences with various credit products, and testing XpressCash loan application journey.

• Worked with global clients to create design experiences of products in various stages of their lifecycle.
• Intel Edge Software Hub: 
Collaborated with the team of researchers and designers from Intel to work on an IoT based developer platform, Edge Software Hub. Co-defined the journeys to deploy and test solutions such as traffic monitoring using computer vision. Designed flows for configuration of software, deploying configuration from host to nodes, remote activation/deactivation of nodes and performance testing.
• Emaar Entertainment Group: 
Designed an end-to-end booking platform for nearly 15+ entertainment experiences under EMAAR, including Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Dubai Opera, and At the Top Burj Khalifa. I was responsible for designing critical journeys like discovery of experiences, experience overview and details, cart creation, and cross-selling.

• Conducted design audits for various startups and provided pilot designs to enhance their websites and apps.
• Worked on a research project towards building an AI-based no-code/low-code platform that can help in accessing enterprise knowledge through natural language.

• Worked closely with the Financial Services team of EY based out of London, in building a multi-million marine insurance platform. This had interaction of flows between various actors of the system such as insurers, brokers, and shipping companies.
• Developed the front-end for user registration, requesting insurance and reinsurance, system admin workflows, and claims processing.
• Designed the UX for creating and managing claims.
