Over the years, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand strategy, business growth and leadership, partnering closely with CEOs, CMOs and senior management teams to solve real commercial problems—not just communication briefs. I am known for being a hands-on leader. While I operate at a national leadership level, I stay deeply involved in strategy, planning and critical creative thinking and I invest heavily in mentoring teams. I believe strong businesses are built by strong cultures and sharper thinking. Currently, I oversee clients and teams across Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore, with responsibility for client relationships, brand strategy, revenue growth and P&L. My experience spans FMCG, Beauty, Telecom, Retail, OTC Pharma, Real Estate, BFSI, Steel, Media & Entertainment and regulated categories including Tobacco and Alcohol. I am also an active practitioner of AI and Generative AI in marketing.
