At Zeta, I was closely involved in end-to-end interview coordination for multiple business units, working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in stakeholder management, scheduling, and candidate experience. What I genuinely enjoy about recruitment is the balance it requires being detail-oriented while also understanding people.
