• Personally re-factored the entire Intelligent Provisioning Service application and increased its scalability to handle scheduled point-in-time copies. A great amount of parallelism was introduced to effectively take point-in-time copies and automatic LUN provisioning.
• Implemented several enhancements in the flag ship product, ICON Manager, the hardware provider for Microsoft Visual Shadow copy Service (VSS), DataScale SP and the Xiotech Virtual Disk Service (VDS) library.
• Was centrally responsible for designing a solution to avoid server lockouts, in Active Directory setups.
