I create unconditional spaces for deep inner journeys. I work with Systemic Family Constellations and Conscious Movement to support emotional and relational well-being. I guide people to connect with their body’s intelligence, untangle inherited patterns, and return to wholeness, gently, honestly, and in their own time. In 2023, I founded The Audacious Movement a movement where people are invited to take radical responsibility for their healing, reclaim their inner authority, and remember the deeper truths that live beneath the surface of their stories. My approach is experiential, embodied, and intuitive. Whether through 1:1 sessions, circles, or immersive workshops, I hold space for what wants to emerge grief, truth, tenderness, or strength. Before this chapter, I spent five years in the corporate world (Amazon, Myntra) and another five in early childhood education, working in a Reggio Emilia-inspired system. Each phase revealed something about human nature, how we relate, and what’s possible when we’re met with presence.
