• Build and maintain many core systems used for monitoring the main website and internal services, delivering millions of metric per minute
• Design, write, test, deploy, monitor and maintain production code on a daily basis
• Developed a fully integrated real-time metrics system spanning mobile devices, websites, ingestion pipelines, datastores and third-party services
• Developed a distributed and highly scalable system for extracting live metrics from big data log streams based on Apache Kafka, Apache Zookeeper, SignalFx and KairosDB
• Developed an open-source framework for real-time computation in Python over Apache Storm – Pyleus
• Worked on the web scrapers detection and blocking system for a website with millions of unique visitors per day
• Regularly interview candidates and screen resumes
