• Leading a multi-disciplinary team with data and software engineers. Primarily tasked with conceptualization, design and delivery of 3P data handling platform- enforcing contract and governance terms for Amazon’s Last Mile along with creation of an address management system to manage and learn all deliverable addresses across the globe. Also, managing the data warehousing needs of entire last mile accessed by ~500+ engineers, 50+ Product managers and ~100 BIE’s.

• Aligned partner teams on interface requirements and created a roadmap to help them use 3P datasets via 3P induction tool.
• Partnered with Principal engineers to reduce duplicity and conceptualized a scalable address management system.
• Setup a healthy 3P data induction pipeline and 3P contract tracking pipeline to ensure timely induction of 3P data.
• Led the development of solution to support ‘right to erase’ for the organization and data-warehouses.
• Presently leading a team of 13 engineers which has a mix of data and software engineers.

• Conceptualized, envisioned and delivered 3-year plan for end-to-end secure workforce and workflow management tool, supporting 3000+ internal associates working on varied manual recurring tasks: self-configured by floor manager as per business needs. These manual tasks range from customer escalation requests, document verification to data tagging for machine learning.

• Created a vision and 3-year roadmap for the tool and aligned leaders to secure developer funding to set 6 developer team
• Improved operations by automating task assignment helping save 20+ Program Management headcounts in year 2019
• Designed the tool capable of handling sensitive customer information and enforcing proper access controls
• Managed an additional 4-member data engineering team and created latest data-warehousing solution for last mile

• Launched self-serviceable 3rd Party vendor onboarding tool allowing them to configure, test and auto-approve EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connection with Amazon along with creation of generic EDI channel to get invoice details from any onboarded 3P. Eliminated 3 month long manual onboarding process and received invoices worth $ 10B in first 6 months of launch.
