Managing Director - Retail Banking and Payment Products

Managed the P&L/product for SCB's Retail Banking and Payments Business in Singapore. This was a 40 billion dollar balance sheet business with an annual revenue of half a billion dollars. This included credit cards, digital payments and wallets(DASH with Singtel), deposits/current accounts, SMB, unsecured loans and mortgages. Responsibilities included managing the entire P&L, setting strategy, key innovations/product launches, partnerships/biz dev, product/process compliance, portfolio management and digital acquisitions. I also worked very closely with regulators and policy makers on committees leading initiatives such as Paynow, establishing a positive credit bureau and framing new unsecured regulations for the country.
