• Led the design transformation of Google's Shopping Product Viewer on Search, unifying a previously fragmented experience across different product types. In 2022, I spearheaded the design to create a consistent and feature-rich experience across mobile and desktop.
• In 2023, I further enhanced the Viewer's visual appeal, navigation, and functionality based on user feedback. The result is a streamlined experience that surpasses traditional merchant pages, offering users a more comprehensive and informative shopping journey. Key features include large product images, short videos, augmented reality, and AI-generated try-on experiences, empowering users to easily find the perfect product.
• With over 500 million daily shopping users on Google Search generating over 1.5 billion queries daily, the Product Viewer plays a crucial role in the user journey. The product viewer sees 18 million daily visits and more than 70% of mobile users report a positive experience, demonstrating the impact of our design efforts on user satisfaction.

• As a solo designer, I led the design of the Google Ads policy tools team to identify bad ads. While in the role, I identified and resolved a significant user experience issue with the Primary Display Status in Google Ads. My design solution for this critical problem was accepted as a large cross-functional P0 effort resulting in significant business impact, including $47M in attributable spend, a 5% reduction in advertiser contacts, and 3x improvement in team efficiency.
• Also led the design and successful launch of the Google Ads Policy Center, a key resource for advertisers. Fostered strong cross-functional partnerships across multiple Google Ads teams to drive alignment on design, implementation, and launch. Achieved significant user engagement with approximately 192K monthly visitors, demonstrating a 50/50 split between returning and new users.
