• ZNC (Z-axis numerically controlled) is a CNC machine that has full control over its robotic arm along Z-axis. The soul of this machine is an Interrupt driven software which accepts various inputs such as peak current, gap voltage, duty cycle, On Time, z-depth as per the requirements of the job and controls the position and electric parameters Fed to the robotic arm to which an electrode is attached. A high-energy spark is created between the Metal job and the electrode in order to create a dye.
