About

I am a visual designer with a passion for storytelling in media, advertising and currently in the world of Information Technology for business design. My current assignment with Accenture let’s me explore human centric design to create value for enterprises. At IBM, I worked to create business transformation through design and it had opened an unexplored treasure trove of data and information and design thinking frameworks. During the pandemic I created communication for a range of healthcare products for Caprihans India Limited and launched them on E-commerce platforms. I created a pilot for the launch of a skilling/e-learning platform for Microsoft, and went on to manage a central repository of learning content for the mobile platform. During my stint with media houses like The Indian Express, Hindustan Times and DNA as a visual journalist/design editor, I have created the design language for HT City (2014) and DNA (2016). As a branding and marketing consultant,the Indian Express Group Flame of Hope was one of my earliest logo designs. In the pharma sector, I launched products for UCB Pharma and was art director for the in-house magazine of Ranbaxy. I also designed a lifestyle magazine, Marwar, from 2000-2005. Creating data driven content based on user research and understanding of form and functionality are my strengths. Team building and management is one on my biggest USPs as I am a people person. I have also given a few lectures as visiting faculty at St Xavier College and Jaihind college on editorial design.
