• Working with TPMs and the ITPG Director I built a scalable program following the entire lifecycle of a project (from request to hypercare) reinforcing my project management principles in the IT space (Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban…), while working to improve the teams process and knowledge repository.

• The Remote Site Engineering team (RSE) is responsible for Facebook's global enterprise and data center network infrastructure including all network services such as wired/wireless office connectivity, voice, VPN, data center networks and the corporate backbone.
• Working with a team of TPMs and engineers I built a knowledge hub for new team members reducing ramp time; managed project master and subtasks tasks (ex: Jira Epic and subtask) for 20+ data center build projects globally; led status update meetings and engineering sycs; led the documentation gathering process to compile the pre project manual (ex: rack elevations, gear lists, team sign offs, space plans etc); reviewed & spun up rack elevations & BOMS; managed vendor relations to coordinate international and national hardware logistics/tracking along with general asset management and delivery verification; reviewed and planned for correct resource allocation and project tracking/analysis.
• In this time, I also worked with our data center TPM planning for the hiring and onboarding of new TPMs by performing deep dives into all current and upcoming projects and delineating 'territories'.
