In a world full of challenges, I’ve always been driven to find practical, people-centered solutions—whether that meant improving internal processes, strengthening client relationships, or making complex accounting rules a little easier to navigate. Starting out in customer service and retail, I discovered a knack for working with people. That translated into my early career in external audit, where I built strong partnerships with financial services clients and helped streamline their internal controls. Later, I joined my firm’s centralized audit services team to focus on optimizing internal processes—still keeping the same solutions-oriented mindset. Since moving to Austin in 2021, I’ve spent the last four years in the Revenue department at Khoros, applying ASC 606 in the fast-moving world of SaaS. It’s been a rewarding experience helping teams navigate complex revenue recognition and make sense of evolving tech environments.
