I bring over 12 years of professional experience working in high-performance corporate environments with organizations such as Genpact(Facebook), Apple, and HCL. While building my corporate career, I was simultaneously drawn to understanding the emotional and inner challenges people face — stress, burnout, health concerns, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. In 2018, alongside my corporate role, I formally began my journey into spiritual and holistic wellbeing practices. What started as parallel work gradually became an integral part of my professional identity. Over the years, I have completed 11 professional certifications in various spiritual and holistic modalities, allowing me to work with individuals on emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner stability — especially those navigating pressure-heavy personal or professional lives. Having lived both worlds, I understand the realities of corporate stress as well as the need for inner alignment.
