  • Market Research: Weekly meetings with salesforce to better understand market conditions and sentiments in the smartphone sector, as well as our brand and its competitors. To gain a deeper understanding of our target audience's needs and aspirations, we hold monthly feedback meetings with consumers of other companies as well as vivo.
  • Offline Promotional Activations: Idea generation and implementation for mall events, college activities, and IPL activities. Special planning was undertaken to gratify our customers during 2021 vivo IPL.
  • Sales Force Retention: Designed a certification program to identify highly competent and motivated employees, and customized career progression plans for each based on their unique traits. Developed an attrition management system for the sales team, which displayed graphically instructive dashboards on attrition of high-performing employees using Tableau.
