I have extensive experience of 10 years in the field of Utilities for Pharmaceutical as well as Textile sector covering Power house, Effluent Treatment Plant, Water Recycling Plant, Boiler House, RO Plants, LPG Plant, Waste heat recovery, Caustic Recovery Plant, Air compressors and AC Plants. Responsible for all utilities operations and provide uninterrupted support to production, maintain all the utilities equipment and upgrade as per production requirements and forecast. I have worked with the team on successful Projects of Effluent Treatment Plant, Rolls Royce MTU 20V4000GS Gas Engine, 2x Rolls Royce MTU DS 2750, CO2 Recovery Plant, BONO HE SMART SG-1500 Fire Tube Boiler and Water Recycling Plant of 3060 m3/day based on ETP outlet as Feed for WRP. Implementation of Energy Management System wherever required as per ISO 50001:2018(en).
