I’m a logistics and supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience across Australia and North America. I’m currently the GM at Ron Crouch Transport, where I lead our commercial and operational teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions across our regional and national networks. I’m passionate about building strong relationships — with customers, partners, and our people — to create real value and long-term success. Over the years, I’ve led major projects including expanding our warehouse and fleet network, introducing new systems to improve efficiency, and negotiating key national contracts. I’m also completing my MBA at Melbourne Business School, where I am further developing my skillset and education to better manage the challenges the logistics industry loves to throw at us.
