Different things spark joy for different people. For me, recruiting is one of them. In my 7+ years of experience, i've had the opportunity to work with great minds and talented individuals who have been an integral part of the growth and success I’ve attained. I’m a data driven and insightful recruiter with experience in developing recruiting plans within both agency and in-house. Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiation, placement and onboarding from mid-senior to lateral hiring. Proven experience in identifying and closing top talent, with a special emphasis on hard-to-fill positions. Build and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline. Strong work ethics and great inter personal skills are my success factors.
