• Worked on C++, NodeJS, GoLang to make games and infrastructure to support large number of concurrent users, saw the system take loads of 100k players playing at the same time.
• On the client side, used Cocos2d to build a Clash of Clan style RTS game. Used C++ for Game logic, integrating art, and building tools required to help game designers/artists integrate their work into the game faster.
• On the platform/server side, worked on developing new and existing features using NodeJS and GoLang. Used Python to automate and streamline build and deployment process.

• Frankly.me team was a spinoff from my previous InoxApps team.
• As one of the first engineers at Frankly.me I built the backend platform for a mobile first video sharing app.
• Build horizontally scalable fault tolerant platform on AWS
• Mobile notification platform for user engagement supporting notifications to Android/iOS/Web
• Async video conversion platform using FFMPEG/Celery/SQS/Redis, designed to be horizontally scalable
• Built the user feed for HOT, TRENDING and FRESH content using MySQL and Elastic Search. Tried different approaches for user feed, (Fan in, Fan out) to reach the most optimum system in terms of efficiency and user experience.
• Implemented search and content categorisation. Learned a lot methods required when the content is user generated. The major challenge was that it being a video platform, it had very little text to help in categorisation and search.
• Continuously kept track of response times and errors to make our apps give a faster better user experience
