A curious & self-learner student of marketing, i say student because the concept of Marketing is so vast and ever-changing that I’m not sure one can say I know all. It's a continuous learning and unlearning for me. However, in the last 7+ years of my work experience, I have got the opportunity to work with Brands like ICICI, Jaico Publishing, and a start-up KIABZA. In my first 3 years of work, I have worked on offline marketing, AWS, Advertisement on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc, and managed the social media presence of the brands. The last 4 years have been exciting and enriching since I started with kiabza. Starting from scratch, building an online presence of the brand in a niche market like re-commerce has its challenges, but that is what I love about my job and one of the reasons I chose this field. Today Kiabza is the largest online thrift and consignment store in India with the inventory model concept with a retention rate of 40%. My experience lies in working on the strategic positioning of the brand, developing new verticals & marketing tie-ups. Hands on experience in Paid advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Youtube, influencer campaigns, social media marketing, and content writing. I have thematized customer retention plans, loyalty, and referral programs & worked on the UX design of the website to enhance the user experience.
