Heather Saville (Chartered FCIPD) is one of those rare breeds of HR leaders who brings a combination of people and business skills to her work. Having worked in marketing and client servicing roles with global agencies and networks, she moved into HR in 2005, driven by a desire to work more closely with people and teams, to deeply influence business and individual success and growth. She has been the Head of HR for various media and tech companies in India and the UK, and is now the Director of People & Culture for BritBox International- recently fully acquired by BBC studios. She is a trained ICF Executive Coach, and is a Chartered Fellow of the UK’s CIPD, holding a CIPD Advanced Diploma in HR.
