I am currently the Senior Director of Strategy, Planning and Sales Operations for the House of Brands at Myntra, India's leading online fashion platform. In this role, I lead a team of planners, KAM, and pricing specialists who are responsible for driving the growth, profitability of Myntra's portfolio of owned and licensed brands. I also work closely with the leadership team to shape the vision, mission, and strategy of the House of Brands, and align it with the overall goals and culture of Myntra. Prior to this, I was the Director of Category Planning at Myntra, where I drove key strategic initiatives to improve the selection quality, assortment health, inventory management, and profitability of various categories. I also led the customer experience strategy across the platform, enhancing the customer journey across every touchpoint, from product discovery to service fulfillment. My core competencies include e-commerce, pricing, customer experience, strategy and analytics. I have an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and B Tech from IIT Kanpur. I enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to create value for the customers, the brands, and the organization.
