• I founded the company in 1993 and grew it to a global change and communications firm, with 40 percent of the Fortune 500 as clients and $10 million in annual sales, with a growth rate of 50 percent per year. In April of 2010 the company was acquired by Dachis Group. In 2012 XPLANE was spun back out of the Dachis Group and I continued to serve as an advisor and board member. I exited the company permanently in 2022 when it was acquired by Tier1 Performance Group.
