• OpenSC is an impact startup focused on food supply chain transparency. As part of the implementation team I conduct research with a wide range of stakeholders (including farmers, traders, mill staff and exporters) to identify data links in coffee supply chains across Asia - and then design solutions that resolves existing technology with on-ground processes - building traceability for each bag of coffee from farm to export.

• I worked as an embedded UX researcher within the Commerce vertical at Atlassian. I led multiple end-to-end evaluative studies and supported the design team in remote research design, participant recruitment, data collection, synthesis, and reporting. Apart from mitigating risks before release, I experimented with different ways of communicating insights to ensure research impact.

• I completed my master's thesis with SCAI Center (Societal Impact through Cloud and AI) at Microsoft Research India, an academic research wing of Microsoft. I led and executed a generative research project with 26 diverse stakeholders to design a nonprofit reporting tool.
• Apart from this core project, I helped other SCAI teams think through their own UX projects with scrappy diagramming, wireframing, prototyping and user testing.

• A year after starting, my role changed to focus on data communication and digital media. I worked with field research teams to communicate their findings to policymakers and the general public. Along with designing communication for print and screen, I set up digital presences for research centres, trained staff to maintain them, and held workshops on information design and digital media production.

• Azim Premji Foundation is the largest philanthropic organization in India. I was the only full-time designer at the time of joining. As part of the communications team, I raised the visual standard of all communication materials by creating templates, writing guidelines, holding workshops, and conducting reviews. 8 months after I joined, we had more hands on deck and I was leading a small team of 3 designers.

• Wari Watai (formerly Trapeze) is an interdisciplinary design studio led by Ram Sinam. During my internship, I assisted other visual designers with their tasks and also developed concepts for an interactive museum on natural history: from desk research to visual ideation and content creation.
