I got fascinated with the People & Culture space during graduate school while majoring in Organizational Psychology. This eventually led to my life's calling; to help individuals and organizations reach positive success. It's why I love my HR career, empowering me every single day to help business and people to thrive and reach it's full potential. I pursued a Ph.D. in Organization Psychology, which allows me to apply relevant theory to solve problems and ignite our workplace. I hold end-to-end People & Talent experience from diverse industries and growth stages, with a focus on HR strategy, business partnering, talent management, and talent acquisition.
