• Ran the workplace SiteEVent (SEV) program by organizing SEV reviews and improving SEV detection and mitigation metrics. % of SEVs detected improved from 10.7% to 28% in a single quarter and P75 Time to detect improved from 144 hours to 39 hours.
• Established the foundations of Workplace Trust & Safety
• Built the child exploitation imagery detection and reporting pipeline which included running a classifier to check all media, enqueuing human review jobs when needed and eventually reporting to a govt body NCMEC.
• Partnered with the Account abuse team to build a checkpoint system to provide a way for users to prove their identity to get access to their Workplace accounts without needing manual or human support.
• Led and built a Unified Locations Product to manage all Infra Locations at Facebook.
• Built consensus with multiple teams and migrated data from various sources to a single source of truth. Resulted in excellent data quality, consistent user experience and a single team to own and manage the product.

• Designed and helped build a multi-stage advertisement analysis pipeline to extract attributes such as is the ad animated or does it play audio/video automatically by replaying the ad with a headless browser.

• Zeta, part of the Directi Group, is a fintech start-up dealing with digitised employee benefits, rewards, and digital payments.
• Led the development of a new product called Spotlight, a B2B Gifting and Rewards platform. Delivered the product within 2 weeks of inception making it the fastest product rollout ever at Zeta. The product is built on top of a proprietary microservices framework.

• Handles data reporting, storage and querying.
• Allows easy addition of data stores to add redundancy and failure tolerance & isolation
• Provides easy access to data via Apache Hive, Zeppelin, Elasticsearch, Kibana
• Provides a platform for alerting on anomalies or other patterns from data in Elasticsearch. This was a game changer because this was the only way to peek under the system and identify problems, their source.

• Led the integration of domain marketplaces such as Afternic (world’s largest marketplace) and Sedo. This cut short the time to buy/sell domains from up to 5 days to a few minutes. Collaborated with Afternic's development team in the US, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver the integration.
• Integrated OpenSRS APIs in OrderBox (Endurance’s Domain and Hosting management Platform). This allows 100k+ customers to migrate and manage their domains via OrderBox and saves cost to integrate the APIs on their end.
• Implemented and launched a suite of ‘bulk’ features in OrderBox such as adding privacy protection to domains that allowed customers to easily perform these operations on thousands of domains in one go.
• Integrated several new gTLDs and ccTLDs (.at, .wien, .uk and more) with Orderbox
