My teams own the end-to-end technology charter spanning customer experience (discovery to post-order), supply chain, warehouse systems, catalog and inventory, driver fulfillment, and analytics and data platforms. Over 15+ years in tech, I’ve built and scaled multiple 0→1 businesses across commerce, logistics, and food delivery, combining product intuition with strong engineering and platform thinking. I’ve helped launch and scale initiatives like Instamart and Alcohol delivery from scratch, while driving reliability, performance, and developer velocity across large orgs. Before this, I led New Initiatives and Ads Platform at Swiggy, supply tech and international launches at Ola, and the restaurant tech stack at Foodpanda India. Earlier, at Fab.com, I worked on catalog, inventory, replenishment, vendor systems, and merchandising taxonomy, and started my career at Adobe, contributing to Acrobat Search and internal engineering tools. I’m passionate about building high-velocity teams, reliable platforms, and systems that scale with simplicity — where great engineering and great customer experiences go hand in hand.
