• Leading the communications platform pod at Gojek.
• Lead a team of 9 engineers focused on building high throughput platform products to solve user communication needs.
• Responsible for creating and co-owning the team roadmap and OKRs along with the product group leadership team. Included tasks like prioritisation, effort estimation, sprint planning, milestone-ing initiatives.
• Architected and developed masked number calling which helped reduce account takeover (ATO) cases by 90% and was crucial in terms of tightening user's privacy on the platform.
• Designed and implemented centralised email service that is used to send millions of emails with varied attachment sizes and priority based on business needs. Priority based preemptive queueing, bucketing based on attachment sizes were its major highlights.
• Build and architect highly scalable micro-services to support thousands of QPS, dealing with nuances of distributed systems like data integrity issues, forward/backward compatibility, fault tolerance, are some of the day to day challenges I work on.

• Engineered a user preference service that powers intelligent routing of product communications via the users desired channels, increasing customer satisfaction score by 60%.
• Devised a real-time vendor quality tracking pipeline for communication services to automatically switch and choose vendor based on their performance, increasing the delivery percentages from 80 to 98%.
• Built pusher service that helps send transactional and promotional push notifications to over millions of users. Included intelligent governance policies powered by user feedback on notifications and their preferences.

• Vedantu is an edtech platform providing live coaching and other educational services to students across the world. i managed a team of 12 engineers that was responsible for creating this platform and also enhancing it to cover all aspects of education during the covid lockdown period. my day to day responsibilities included ensuring proper alignment with business and engineering teams. iwas also mentoring and coaching my team members with their career development and goals while ensuring we are able to ship committed deliverables on time.

• Developed a ledger and report generation engine which consumed, consolidated, calculated investments, expenses and automatically generated reports for investors in multi-billion dollar hedge funds. Worked with error margin of <1% and eliminated the need of any manual effort.
• Rule Engine based automated ledger bookings, and P&L allocation within different entities
• Designed and implemented a GOD view and Self Service Screen for the Generic
• Designed and implemented a self service screen for the reconciliation framework, allowing users to directly control configurations and check the state of their request inside the application in realtime. Resulted in 30% reduction of manual dev intervention.
• Mentored new joiners and interns across the team to get them up to speed with tech stack, designing and brainstorming their projects and leading them to completion.

• Designed and implemented Generic Reconciliation Framework in Java ecosystem backed by
• SQL Server. This is hosted on AWS serving multi-billion dollar Alternative Asset Managers like
• Blackstone, JPM, D.E. Shaw .
• Reconciliation engine which reconciles at configurable granularity, comparison of composite economic attributes with pluggable data sources, persistence infra and delta processing, application metrics, datadog and radar integration were some of my core items.

• technologies like git, React, React-Native, Django, Spring MVC, jira in a 1 month intensive
• summer camp which focuses on improving their overall development and coding skills.
• The camp currently reoccurs every summer and winter vacations for college students and I try to get involved and contribute accordingly.

• Worked on - “ssh scan” - tool for scanning the ssh policy of systems in the network and automatically suggesting changes recommended or required.

• planned the structure for job queue and scaling API using thread pools for the open source
• project “ssh scan”
• Was more on a mentor role during this project introducing juniors from college in open source development.
