I have over 8 years of hands-on experience in resourcing, staffing, and client management, and a B.Tech degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation. My core competencies include sourcing candidates from various channels, such as LinkedIn, social media, old database, internal reference, and job portals, screening and interviewing candidates for their alignment and compatibility with specific job requirements, conducting initial HR discussion and post-offer follow-up, and preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
