• As Director, Machine Learning at Amazon, I lead a team of ~40 talented applied and data scientists who worked on cutting-edge machine learning solutions for Amazon's International Emerging Stores business. My team and I were responsible for delivering high-impact initiatives in the areas of fraud and abuse prevention, Amazon Pay credit products and experience, address intelligence, product recommendations, product design insights, catalog quality and product troubleshooting.

• At Madrat Games, I was responsible for identifying direction for research and product development, in the domain of interactive gaming. I set up from scratch engineering capability within the organization, that grew on to be a team of 12 engineers, working on hardware, embedded, software and product engineering disciplines. We also filed provisional patent detailing our flagship product - a wearable gaming platform and underlying technologies IP - key ones being a peer to peer communication stack, and ENGaGE Gesture engine. The communication stack allowed seamless, frictionless network setup of any number of peer devices without any master/controller. The EnGaGE gesture engine was a set of proprietary algorithms ported on to low cost hardware, to provide class beating hand gesture recognition and tracking.
• SuperSuit is the flagship wearable gaming product created by Madrat Games. I was responsible for shaping the the product vision, architecture, define and execute IP roadmap, set up & manage engineering team comprising of hardware, embedded software, software and production engineering disciplines. The key technologies created within SuperSuit include proprietary Comm stack, efficient gesture recognition engine (Motion processing using inertial sensors), all within SuperSuitSDK that enables game development by a community of developers. I am also liasoning with factories and prototyping houses in Shenzen to set up the production.
• The product prototypes were showcased at CES2016, and MWC2016.

• AIS nurtures innovation in technologies enabling machine autonomy. We have spearheaded the Unmanned revolution in India and matched strides with the best systems in the world. As a sitting board member, I shaped the product development, business activities and laid the road-map for growth in technological capabilities at AIS.
• Specialties: Design and development of onboard navigation systems for Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Airborne Optical Systems, Computer Vision enabled Intelligence (Target tracking, Image Mosaicing), 6 dof Flight Simulation, Flight Testing and Mission Planning.
