• A few key achievements from my time at the CPS Group include:
• Highest Biller in terms of GP Generated since the businesses inception – in excess of £3.5 Million GP billed for the business in nearly 13 Years (3 of those years were off the tools / hands-off Recruitment).
• Hold the CPS record for highest Contract Weekly GP – 34 Runners at £11,459 GP p/w. This was achieved as the Engineering Sales Director in late 2015 with 5 reports.
• Top Biller Year on Year from my days a Consultant right up until I took up the role of Contracts Director in 2016.
• Successfully delivered a mammoth task of guiding an underperforming, demotivated IT Contracts Division back on track to growth, good times, and a profitable, scalable future.
• I successfully instilled the shift in mentality from a Delivery Focussed to a more Business Development Focussed Division ensuring we met the businesses growth & profitability targets.
• Successfully built a scalable division including an efficient management team of motivated, engaged Team Leaders & Managers.
• I am the only Manager/Director at CPS to have ever taken the additional, sole responsibility of training my own teams – including Recruiters with zero experience.
• Super proud to witness some of the Consultants I've trained go onto become Top Billers, Team Leads and Managers for the business.
• I delivered the businesses first ever Graduate Recruitment Academy which was a huge success.
• As Engineering Sales Director I set up a brand new office. Hit my personal Record Billings whilst training and growing a highly motivated & successful team of 360 degree Recruiters, and even the office cleaner (true story).
• Successfully built a profitable market back up from scratch, Zero to around 5K p/w in Contract GP most recently as the Director of Tech & Engineering
