As a Senior Technology Officer, I lead the Engineering organization for the One Chase Experience in India, overseeing a ~150-member global team across India and the US. I am accountable for scaling mission-critical platforms that power customer–banker interactions across Chase. I serve as Head of Engineering for the AI Platform for Bankers, defining the strategy, architecture, and operating model for Generative and Predictive AI across Consumer Banking. I drive enterprise AI governance, model risk management, LLM evaluation frameworks, responsible AI controls, and cost-optimized large-scale deployment to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI adoption. Leveraging Bedrock, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms, I lead AI solutions that materially enhance banker productivity, decision intelligence, and customer engagement. Additionally, I provide executive oversight for the engineering strategy and delivery of the Schedule a Meeting product on Chase.com and the branch CRM API ecosystem that underpins banker servicing, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native platforms on AWS. With a foundation as a Cloud Architect and hands-on engineer across AWS and Azure, I combine deep technical expertise with executive leadership to drive durable, high-impact outcomes. I completed the Executive Management Program at IIM Calcutta, hold Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification, and was nominated for the Economic Times Young Leaders 2017.
