Namita Shah — Co-Founder
Co-founding Presolv360 (https://www.presolv360.com/) has been one of the biggest highlights of my life. I spend my days infusing technology in law and working on mechanisms to make dispute resolution cheaper, faster and better, and I love it! Presolv360 specialises in online commercial dispute resolution via electronic arbitration and mediation. Our work has been featured in the Business Today magazine, The Hindu daily, Business World, Artificial Lawyer international publication, popular blogs like YourStory, The Chronicle, Youth Ki Awaaz and The Legal Forecast, and radio shows on 94.3 and 91.1 FM. It has been humbling to have been recognized among the top 60 in the 'Women Transforming India' initiative of the GoI, and to be part of movements such as WEE Foundation (Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment), STEP (Shakti - The Empathy Project), AFI (Action For India), Agnii and MAHITHA Sedibus program. Having secured a gold medal in chartered accountancy, I am a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and am actively involved in their learning & development initiatives. Being an alum of Government Law College and H.R. College, my past experiences lie in the field of chartered accountancy and law. I started my professional career with Ernst & Young. I am passionate about writing, learning, teaching and mentoring. I write about my learnings through life and work under the brand 'eNpowering Minds'. I have delivered several lectures and video series on various topics for the Indian government, ADR ODR International, universities across the globe, corporate panels, etc. On a creative note, I practise Ikebana (Japanese art of flower arrangement), sketch and occasionally tune melodies on the guitar. I am always game for reading, sharing ideas and discussing possibilities. So, if you'd like to have a conversation or brainstorm on improving lives, we could catch up over coffee or a call!
