Lead contract negotiation with suppliers, collaborate with internal business and legal function, develop acceptable contractual terms, SOW, Service levels etc. This include engineering services, professional services, marketing services, Real Estate , Security and facility operations, AMCs , contingent work force contracts etc. Guide the team of analyst to achieve yearly performance goals and provide opportunities for development.
