• Tracking parallel imports of pharmaceuticals from various European countries back to Germany
• o Developed and implemented the methodology for identifying the country from where the pharmaceutical drugs are being imported back to Germany using SAS for assisting the clients in regulating their exports of their drugs across Europe.
• o Automated and optimized the result delivery process by creating self-developed dashboards made using Tableau, Spotfire and VBA for various clients which resulted in decrease of process time by 60%.
• Segmentation and Targeting
• o Developed algorithm-based targeting to predict and identify the high revenue generating physicians using SAS.
• o Proposed and eventually developed a targeting methodology for pharmaceutical giant NORDIC in European countries like Sweden, Finland, etc. using multiple machine learning on R and RapidMiner.
• o Implemented rule-based segmentation using SQL according to the need of clients to identify physicians that are relevant for their new product launch or repeat sales of other products. Also used concentration curved to divide the physicians into high, medium and low target classes.

• o Implemented rules and guidelines-based procedures in close collaboration with the stakeholders for calculating the amount of compensation to be paid to Pharmaceutical sales representative based on his/her performance.
• Tracking new and repeat prescription to identify new and repeat business
• o Single handedly developed an optimized and automated process to extract and visually represent the change in prescription count, both new and repeat, across various therapy areas like diabetes and hypertension for multiple clients using SAS, SQL and VBA (depending upon licenses) for Stakeholders.
