• our vision for the virtual reality solution was guided by three core principles:
• customizability – delivering a low-cost, highly flexible system that could be tailored for each client, with speed and fluidity at its core.

• immersivity – creating the most realistic experience possible while compressing it to the smallest feasible size.
• and we delivered.
• our vr solution was fully customizable, including animations, and could be deployed within 48 hours from day 0. it was affordable and scalable, starting from a t3.micro instance and scaling like any modern website. the experience was deeply immersive, with the entire environment compressed to under 100 mb and streamed in real time to minimize user wait times. accessibility was a key strength — it worked seamlessly on any smartphone with a decent internet connection and a browser, with an optional vr mode for affordable vr devices available in india.
• lesson learned:
• while we built a technically best-in-class vr solution for brands, we underestimated the value expectations of end customers. as the initial vr hype declined, user engagement dropped, and brand interest followed as returns on investment began to shrink.

• smartcitizen bridges this gap by enabling instant access to critical services. just like booking a cab, users can summon an ambulance or pcr vehicle to their exact location with a single tap, directly connecting them to the appropriate emergency response unit.
• our goal is to redefine emergency response infrastructure and ensure that every complainant receives timely, reliable support when it matters the most.
