I am a travel graduate with on going experience in the same domain. In my tenure of 19 years. I have had the oppurtinity to work with respected brand names in the aviation industry namely Yatra.com, Intelenet, IBM Daksh, SPC Infosoft Pvt Ltd, Globe hunters, Skyline Events, Jazz Travel, Greeves US process and currently working with skywings travel as a customer service officer. Currently working with skywings travel as a customer service officer (09-Oct-2023 to present date). With SPC travel (12-Sep2011- 25-Nov-2020 ). I not only have i been able to expand my knowledge further in the aviation industry but have also my knowledge of MS Excel making it one of my strenght.I have been part of accounts project for my team where i had the chance to implement my analytical and reasoning skills. Moving on to IBM DAKSH (17-July-2009-30-Sep-2010) i gained expertise in terms of airlies fares rules and implementations.I attribute this job for my sound knowledge in thorough know how's about fares and ticketing. With yatra.com(10-Sep-2007 to 10-July-2009), my first employer, i learned most about customer handling and sales methodologies along with chasing targets since this was a sales job specialties. I am proficient in MS excel and have worked on small projects which involved automation in excel, and besides that i have thorough knowledge of fares and ticketing. I am a solution oriented person and a strong team player.
