Jatan is currently part of Corporate HR advising the Head - HR on strategic HR projects for TATA Advanced Systems, which is India's leading private sector company in Defence & Aerospace sector and soon to be TATA Aerospace & Defence, an entity amalgamating all Defence & Aerospace Companies under the TATA Group. In his current role, he is spearheading key organizational projects including Change Management, Rewards, OD, PMS, Manpower planning & People Analytics for the entire merged entity which includes 14 companies & JVs. Prior to this Jatan has worked with Walmart as Corporate HRBP, where he has effectively handled employee lifecycle of 500+ employees. He has also successfully worked on projects related to Organizational Effectiveness & Design. Apart from this, he has been associated with organizations like Saint Gobain and Willis Tower Watson designing analytical roadmap and dynamic dashboards. Jatan is an Alumnus of MDI, Gurgaon and an electronics and communications engineer. He is passionate about automation in HR through AI and ML.
