I bring a positive attitude and personable demeanor into every aspect of my job, whether it is guiding a candidate through the recruiting process every step of the way with a focus on candidate experience, rescheduling an interview last minute when an unexpected schedule change happens, or onboarding new employees and helping make their first day at a new company one to remember. I majored in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management at DePaul University, and knew early on once I did an internship within recruiting that a career in this space was what I wanted to pursue. I'm one of the rare people who didn't happen to just "fall into" recruiting, but rather made it my intentional career from the beginning when I decided to take an internship at a small staffing firm. From my early experience working in HR at Argonne National Laboratory to my most recent position as a Recruiter at Stripe, I take pride in the fact that every day I put my best foot forward to ensure I help keep processes running smoothly, make the day of everyone I work with a little easier, and help people reach their own goals whether it be a candidate looking for that next big career step, or a leader looking to build a successful team. Having worked at both large global organizations as well as small, fast paced startups has given me a skillset that allows me to navigate any challenge that comes my way. Along with this, I have 17 years of experience as a photographer. In addition, I've done work within automotive and motorsport where I've been able to work with brands like BMW, Ferrari, ZF Motorsport, Venturi Formula E team, and Racing Point/Aston Martin F1 Team. Lastly, I've been a regular contributor to UK-based stock photo agency Alamy since 2009 and have had my images published in textbooks, marketing materials, travel guides, and other media worldwide. One of my proudest moments as a photographer was pulling a book off the shelf in a Barnes & Noble, and opening it up to see one of my photos along with my name in the credits. I am also a first generation American with family in the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland, and enjoy traveling as often as I can, having been to 9 countries so far and always looking to grow that number.
