Achievements in my current/previous stints: - Delivery Lead Time impact analysis unearthed an opportunity worth ~ 2 Million USD/week. - Setting up from scratch and leading multiple exception report's delivery which cumulatively uncovered lost opportunity worth ~4 Million USD/week. - Responsible for building reports from scratch to mitigate mid-week inventory out of stock instances that costed ~1.5 Million USD. - Built an analytical model from scratch that analyzed product's revenue potential individually, ranked them accordingly and suggested optimal views to be allocated for best case revenue potential.
