I’ve always been the person who notices small things — a walking-time board glowing at an airport, a heart-shaped traffic light, a vending machine interface that feels oddly human. Most people pass by; I pause and start wondering why it’s built that way. That curiosity is what draws me to the intersection of supply chain, operations analytics, and product context in retail and e-commerce. I enjoy connecting everyday observations to the invisible systems behind them — the data flows, operational constraints, behavioral insights, and trade-offs that quietly shape how we move, buy, and decide. Through my experience at Amazon and Zepto, I’ve worked on problems around returns, operational efficiency, and automation, where data is used not just for reporting but to support real operational and product decisions. Those experiences grounded my curiosity in how large-scale systems actually behave under pressure. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Technology Management (Retail & E-commerce) at TAPMI and exploring roles in supply chain / operations analytics that sit close to decision-making and product thinking, particularly in retail, quick commerce, and marketplace environments. Whether I’m studying return-management automation, writing about airport digital twins, or thinking through how small design or process changes alter user behavior, I’m trying to do one thing: understand complex systems deeply — and communicate them in a way that’s both human and analytical.
