I am a public policy graduate (specialised in economics & development) from NUS and a trained engineer from IIT Roorkee. I have worked in the technology-policy sector, primarily in regulation of frontier technology, privacy, and governance of multi-sided platforms. Apart from policy writing, I have conducted outreach through public speaking and external engagement. I have liaised with key opinion formers, government, and civil society. I have also worked in the technology sector in the data science domain and was responsible for managing escalations and building risk models to reduce abuse and enhance user trust & safety, as part of the Credit & Fraud Risk team at American Express.
