I am a passionate tech professional who enjoys working with tech and cloud companies to adopt technology and build out their businesses in Asia Pacific. I have worked in Sales & Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Consulting roles with customers and teams across Asia Pacific. My passion is teaching customers and teams and implementing Cloud SaaS solutions. Where I have been fortunate to play a key role in building consulting rigor within local and remote Asia Pacific teams over the years. This includes establishing Forrester’s consulting practice (6 years) and Cloudflare’s customer success team (2.5 years) mentoring over 10 consultants. I earned a scholarship from Swinburne University where I completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. As a tinkerer at heart, I like to be technically hands on and I enjoy sharing my tinkering stories, how to guides and experiences with others.
