• Playing a key role in building out Forrester’s consulting practice in Asia Pacific;
• Mentoring and training over 10 consultants, building research-based consulting rigor within the Asia Pacific consulting team;
• Managing team budgets and forecasting, and developed Asia Pacific-tailored delivery methodologies and templates to cover Australia, China, India, and Southeast Asian countries such as Hong Kong and Singapore.
