  • I partner with Directors and Managers on a regular basis by setting up REQ fulfillment discussion to fully understand the current need, to go over recruitment support and hand-off, as well as to discuss staffing strategies that include: Talent Connection searches, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, immigration, compensation negotiations, and finalizing offers to closing.
  • I do full cycle recruiting, and when we reach a high REQ load to where we can't do full cycle on every REQ, I work with the sourcing team to assign sourcing help.
  • I attend staffing meetings that consist of the VP of Engineering and Directors.
  • I have done power point presentations for my Engineering groups on “time to fill”, fills by quarter, REQ count and REQ break down within US/Canada and APAC. I also focus on the REQs that are over the contracted set date and go over strategies to see what we can do to fill these REQs faster. In addition to that, I end my presentation with a different staffing topic, for example: REQ approval process, hiring challenges and staffing successes.
  • I partner with my HRM’s and HRP’s to ensure staffing excellence per BU.
