• 1. Documented of Model matrix for assembly of 275 IDI two-cylinder engine, which facilitates planning of assembly of new variants under the same category & is used as a benchmark for part planning among different variants, which reduced the error of fitting wrong part to one-third.
• 2. Improved rack design to create storage of 42 different parts on the assembly line of 800 cc DiCOR engine to facilitate future expansions.
• 3. Reduced Cycle time for Clean Room Conveyor for 800 cc DiCOR engine by 582 seconds, which increased production by 13-15 %.
• 4. Proposed design concept for material handling of parts of 800cc DiCOR to reduce damage to parts during storage on line.
