Ideas have always been at the centre of everything I do. Ideas that solve problems, shift perception, and move brands forward. Over the past 19 years, I’ve worked across agencies, global tech companies, and fast-moving startups, helping brands find their voice and build meaningful connections with people. My journey has taken me from traditional advertising to emerging ecosystems like Web3, working across India and the UAE with brands such as Uber Eats, Polygon, Amazon, Parle, Fortis, Botim and many others. What excites me most is the intersection of cultural insight and brand architecture — where a strong idea can travel seamlessly across classic and emerging mediums, including film, digital, social, product storytelling, and real-world experiences. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to: - Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams in India and UAE - Build creative functions and workflows from the ground up - Craft integrated campaigns for both legacy and emerging brands - Work on global launches, brand transformations, and purpose-led initiatives - Explore how storytelling evolves across new platforms and technologies Some of the work I’m most proud of ranges from integrated campaigns and purpose-driven initiatives to experiments in Web3 and community-led storytelling. Today, as National Creative Director at BEI Confluence, my focus is on building an idea-first culture — pushing teams to think sharper, dig deeper into human insight, and create work that is both creatively powerful and strategically meaningful. Outside of work, I’m constantly chasing frames through photography, getting lost in graphic novels, and following football with the same passion I bring to ideas.
