• Set up, recruited and managed the Product Operations team at Deliveroo. The team's focus was to bridge the gap between the product org and the rest of the business through communication, product education and creating scalable processes for new product and feature launches.
• As the lead of the team, reporting to the CPO, I also ran, reviewed and optimised the roadmapping and OKR process for the product / tech org (300 people).

• Working across the whole product org and closely with our new local teams, I managed the rollout of localised versions of each of our product platforms; consumer, restaurant and rider, to new markets (Taiwan and Kuwait). Creating a 'New Market Product Playbook' providing step by step guide on how to rollout our product to new markets.
